Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, regardless of whether the item has been opened or worn. This policy helps us ensure that all customers receive brand-new, unused products.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
As all products are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. After confirming the issue, we will arrange a replacement shipment free of charge.
