Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Canada

We do offer delivery for customers in Canada; however, International Shipping Charge ( $25 CAD ) will be required for the delivery.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the customs declaration and for paying any duty and tax.

ARE SOME OF THE ORDER ITEMS MISSING?

Our inventory stock is allocated in multiple locations. Sometimes it arrives in separate packages.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
